2Enable provides access to FREE curriculum aligned educational content for all South Africans. It is unique in that it can operate wholly online, partially online and entirely offline for rural users. Please note that the aggregation, development and alignment of content is a work in progress and is likely to change. If you have better resources that you wish to contribute to this project, please do so via the Enterprise Version.Enterprise VersionThe Enterprise version can be accessed at www.2Enable.org. Here users can access content and informal assessments and seek help via instant messages with the cloud, their learning circle and their mentors/teachers. Mentors can access their students results and perform other management tasks and all users can contribute new resources into any module that they feel is an improvement on what is currently listed.Android AppThe Android App allows users to access all content and to complete informal assessments online. In schools that have been set up as a learning centre and where the content is hosted locally*, all users can access the content directly off the server using a wifi connection and can download the content onto to their device for later access at the user's convenience. This allows users to access content offline while not using any data. This functionality is specifically designed to provide underserved users, including those without internet access or living in a rural location, access to quality content.*Note: Only content that has been shared with 2Enable is available offline. Content that 2Enable does not have permission to distribute is only available online. If you wish to share your content with 2Enable, please do so via the Enterprise version.
