But due to injury and study I stop training 3 years ago and to focus on my studies in IT. I've been training again since March 2014, and have found going back to my paper journal and pen, then entering my weights and reps into an excel sheet whenever I want to see my progress, to be rather annoying. So I built this app to do one thing, track the weights, reps and volume, with graphical representation of my workouts. So I could adjust my training, frequency, diet or sleep whenever my weights, reps or volume of my workout begin to drop.No fancy 1 rep calculators or 10 thousand options to pick from, no locking me into isolating body parts, just quickly and easily enter my exercise, weight and reps, and having the app calculate volume and draw me some graphs of my progress. Letting me decided if I should keep the current training regiment, or begin to tweak my program again.Upgrading from free version guide, 4 steps.Step 1Backup your data.
