The data access permissions are only used for advertising and analytics but app will run even without any data connection."Thousounds" is a name for a generic platform meant to build apps with embedded sounds. Besides, it offers a friendly interface to customize tones of Android devices. We're sorry, but the individual apps doesn't have 1000 sounds, this would be unaffordable because of download sizes... As said it's just a name.
