Colors Match is an excellent color game for babies. Although it was designed with ages 1 to 3 in mind, it can become challenging after several rounds and can be fun for adults too.The way it works is quite simple.The game starts with a 6X6 matrix of color icons displayed in a random way. Your baby's goal is to eliminate these icons before the time is up.Your toddler can eliminate two icons at a time by quickly tapping on them. If there is a match, a green line appears. For an icon pair to be eliminated, the icons have to be of the same color and usually in close proximity. This color game for babies is sometimes hard to guess which is why it's so exciting.To start the game, press the Start button on the first screen.The first round lasts 120 seconds. Each following round is 10 seconds shorter so your baby has less time to eliminate the icons. Colors Match is an ideal color game for babies as it sharpens their cognitive abilities. Rounds that last 40 seconds or less, can be quite challenging for adults also. The speed of the game does not change, it's just the duration of the rounds that gets shorter.Pressing Refresh during the game, rearranges the icons in the hope that like icons become located next to each other. Your baby can press the this button to gain advantage. There is also a Find button, right next to it, which helps them eliminate up to 3 color pairs quickly. This complements the Refresh button and can be used as a last resort. At the end of each round, the time score is shown on a panel. If the score is less than the duration of the round, it's a success. There are three buttons on the panel: Cancel will terminate the game; Replay will repeat that round; Continue will take your toddler to the next round which will be 10 seconds shorter. This color game for babies can have a maximum of 12 rounds but not all of them will be possible.Colors Match was created with children ages 1 to 3 years of age in mind. There is also a more challenging version for adults. After round 6 or 7, when there is about a minute to eliminate the color icons, Colors Match can become a challenging puzzle even for the most competent adults.Colors Match is an easy, entertaining and mind-sharpening color game for girls and boys.
